Hello, dear friend!

Thank you so much for being here at this page. My name is Marta Kondryn, i'm 25 y.o. Ukrainian. 

Thanks to my experience in international youth organization AIESEC in which I've spent 6 years of my life, English language became my main communication tool with friends who live across the world: from Sri Lanka to Hong Kong and China, from the United Arab Emirates to South Africa, from Chile to Canada, from Germany to Great Britain and Poland. That's why this blog will be mainly written in English. Though there will appear also some posts in my native Ukrainian language.

I'm proud AIESEC alumna, I used to be President of its chapter in my home town Ivano-Frankivsk, I also was responsible for its Student Exchange Program in Ukraine national office. I also was exchange student in Austria and Hong Kong. In Hong Kong i worked as a trainer in social enterprise Inter Cultural Education.

I became a proud employee of Mindvalley and moved to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We are all here feel very proud being at Mindvalley and creating great things for the world. Our Talent Management Team is tiny, but strong & smart. We design developmental programs, welfare of these beautiful minds & enjoy each second of our work.

All these experiences made me who i am. But not only them - the constant conversations and open questions to myself and the world, constant search for the truth, meaning and conscious being. Reading. Loving life and my close people. 

In future I see myself tackling the issues of youth employment, spreading the idea of happiness at workplace, education, technologies and better future for Ukraine and the world.
