I shall be honest, at some point of time in my life i've lost the interest in books about personal development, thinking that they all promote similiar thing. But recently the book 'The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari' by Robin Sharma has brought me again on track, I heard about this book so many times, since i've entered the university, but i got a chance to read and realize it fully only now, thanks to my good friend Vira. She advised the book and shared it with me.
Basically the book is all about rather universal meaningful thoughts, which we all know, but tend to forget because of the rush of life we live in, stressfulness and catching meaningless things of life. I'm also in the list of such kind of people.
2. Real leaders are priority driven and are very careful about what the priorities of their lives are.
3. Never sacrifice happiness for achievement.
4. Live the 'now'. Savor the gift of the present.
5. The purpose of life is a life of purpose.

The 5 most essential messages of the book serve as a reminder for me now:
1. Everything that lives lives not alone, not for itself.2. Real leaders are priority driven and are very careful about what the priorities of their lives are.
3. Never sacrifice happiness for achievement.
4. Live the 'now'. Savor the gift of the present.
5. The purpose of life is a life of purpose.
Rather simple and well-known principles, aren't they? There is nothing special about them, but there's always something special to follow them and thus start living a meaningful life.
The book is also available here, highly recommend to read it for every person.
